Dispatch within 2 business days of confirmed payment. Delivery in 5–12 business days depending on destination. Tracking is shared as soon as the parcel leaves.
Shipping is insured door-to-door. If the parcel is lost, we re-send or refund in full.
Unchanged specimens can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (buyer covers return shipping unless we made an error). Damaged-on-arrival pieces are replaced or refunded — just send photos within 7 days.
We declare accurately as natural history specimens. Any import duty is the buyer's responsibility — check your country's rules for shell imports before ordering.
